Russia plans to push for dialogue between the Syrian and Turkish governments following an incursion by Turkish troops into Syria, Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, RIA Novosti reported.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Turkey has launched its military operation against Kurdish militias and the ISIS (the terrorist group banned in Russia) into northeastern Syria.
